Free Delivery - Blinds & Shutters


We deliver for free in mainland Australia & Tasmania on all orders over $250. A nominal fee of $39.95 applies to all orders under $250 and is automatically included in your shopping cart.  We keep supply & manufacture time under control, with most custom made products dispatched in less than 2 weeks.

Please note that there may be delay in processing orders due to COVID-19 restrictions.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We use reliable courier companies and freight providers to fulfil your orders. Depending on your location we may use Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, TNT, FastWay Couriers, Allied Express or another reliable provider. Please note that we can not deliver window blinds orders to PO Boxes. We will provide you with a tracking number upon dispatch and most of time our delivery partners will give you an estimated delivery date. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not going to be home for delivery, see 'Authority to Leave' section.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you are not going to be home to sign for your delivery, provide your authority to leave during order notes section in your shopping cart. Provide us with simple instructions on where you would like the delivery provider to leave your parcel. If you did not provide us with the Authority to Leave and misses your delivery, contact your delivery provider for alternate delivery arrangements.

Is delivery free?

We provide free delivery on all custom-made window blind orders over $250 in mainland Australia and on free samples. A nominal delivery charge of $39.95 is charged on all custom-made blind orders under $250 to cover postage costs.Some remote area's may have a delivery surcharge applied during checkout. In case, any additional freight cost is identified after order, it will be confirmed with buyer prior to order confirmation.

Where is my order?

We'll provide you with tracking details when your items have been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel with the shipping provider. We'll also update you regularly via email, including when your items have been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel with the courier.

What are your delivery times?

The vast majority of orders are made in 7-14 working days but these times vary depending on the product. Delivery usually takes 5 -7 working days depending on your location, once your parcel is dispatched.We'll provide you with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Can I have my order delivered to an alternate address?

Yes, no worries. We're happy to deliver to any address you wish. Just type in your delivery address at the checkout.Please note that due to limitations of our freight providers we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A signature is required upon delivery.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We can not deliver window blinds & plantation shutter orders to PO Boxes, due to limitations of our service providers. We send free samples through Australia Post and these can be delivered to a PO Box.

My parcel is damaged, what should I do?

Firstly, don't panic. We insure our deliveries for transit at no extra cost to you. In an unfortunate circumstance you discover that the items are damaged, get in touch with us right away. In order to make a claim we'll need to see some photos within 24 hours of you receiving your order so that we can make a claim so don't delay. We'll organise to have the damaged blinds collected at your convenience.
