Phil Young "Share details of your experience at this place". That is the request of a google review. My experience was disappointing. The ordering process was easy, with a competitive price. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. I supplied my own measurements as I live in a rural area. The products arrived via Courier, dropped off at the local post office. I was happy with the price and with the delivery timeframe. But that is where things turn bad. I was ordering custom timber venetians from an Australian business. I was specific in my search on who to buy from, I was not using some random eBay company. I checked their website first, it states: "We are an Australian Owned and operated family business located in Brisbane and serving throughout Australia". Imagine my disappointment when the parcels clearly show they were sent direct to my address from a business.....IN INDIA!No Aussies involved in the manufacture of these items. No Aussie products were used.Well wrapped, they arrived with no freight damage. Inside though, the black headbox was scratched and marked from the assembly process. When I tried to install them, the supplied mounting brackets would not hold the weight of the blind. It kept popping out. When I supplied photos of the damage to Forever Blinds, they were not willing to refund or return, or offer a solution other than a compensation of $50 off each item. I have spent several hours and 3 trips to the hardware store to add a locking bolt to the bracket, so the blinds can be installed. Will I be a repeat customer - no. Should you use them - maybe. It depends on what is important to you. This is my experience with no embellishment. It is what it is.
